Press Operator If you have manufacturing experience and are looking for a new opportunity at a well-established company, then consider this Press Operator role! You’ll join the friendly, first-shift team at a rubber manufacturer’s Laconia, NH facility. Responsibilities of the Press Operator
- Operate a press to mold rubber or bond rubber to metal
- Ensure press temperatures are correct
- Keep equipment and work area clean
- Cross-train on multiple tasks
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Follow safety procedures
- Inform supervisor or engineering of defects or other issues
- Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Press Operator
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Willing to learn and flexible with work tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
